Up until now, all the knowledge base platforms was passive. Some of them had ai helpers to write faster, or some other stuff, but none of them was not have any built-in ai agents inside doing some certain tasks for user with helpful tools behind such as summarising, creating a project plan, sending emails, filling calendar based on the data of knowledge base, and potentially more. We did the first active knowledge base sample. Leveraging Agentic Retrieval, Vector Search, and Context Management repeatedly indexing knowledge base and giving live suggestions to make user’s life easier.

The real hocus pocus is focus! Do your all management in one centralised platform!

So the idea here built upon our new startup idea “ColAi’s” basic prototype. So we had rough idea beforehand. But built and planned everything here.
