Holly: Gen AI and RL Search
Live demonstration of a candidate search system that uses generative AI to generate queries and reinforcement learning to refine them, visualizing the evolving search tree.
At Holly, we’re building an AI recruiter.
Recently, we’ve launched a new search algorithm to find candidates, that combines gen AI to come up with search queries, and reinforcement learning to double down on ‘good’ queries while discarding bad ones.
We see pretty good results with this strategy, and would love to share how it works, results, some cool graphs that show what’s going on behind the scenes and more.
During this demo, I’d love to show you how it works, also behind the screens. We’ll start with a role we’re looking to fill, and follow every step along the way of searching candidates, evaluating them, creating and updating the search tree, and see how the algo adapts based on that.
