The project aims to solve hiring challenges from the workers’ perspective. There are many tools for job searching, but none that truly help candidates match their skills and experience with the right job opportunities. The platform is focused on job seekers, allowing them to apply only to positions that genuinely fit their profile, increasing their chances of being hired instead of applying to thousands of unrelated openings.
