Using AI on massive codebases - I work quite a lot with codebases measured in millions of lines or tens of millions of lines of code. AI adoption frameworks - I guide orgs on AI adoption and rollout, focussing on ROI, and the existing guidelines for AI adoption are weak and mostly useless in my experience: I'm looking for better playbooks and strategies, based on 1st hand experience not theory and opinion.
