AI Tinkerers London - Ultimate Agents Hackathon

Doors open at 9:00am on Saturday. IDs will be checked by security at the door.

The kickoff talk starts at 9:30am sharp with team formation taking place immediately after. The rest of the day will consist of focussed building fuelled by snacks, energy drinks, coffee, la croix, lunch and dinner. Vegan, vegetarian, and health-conscious options available.

Building ends at 6pm followed by finalist presentations.

We’ll wrap up by 8pm.

General guidelines for what makes a good project:

• Real-World Impact – Does the project have the potential to make a tangible difference outside the hackathon? We want to see ideas that could grow into tools, products, or research directions that matter.
• Novelty – Is the project doing something we haven’t seen before? Fresh approaches, surprising applications of AI, or creative twists on existing techniques will be rewarded.
• Working Prototype – Your project should actually run. It doesn’t need to be production-ready, but it should be functional enough to demonstrate the core idea in action.

Other factors considered:

• Technical Execution – How solid and ambitious is the engineering?
• Clarity & Demo Quality – Is the project well explained and convincingly demonstrated?
• Track Alignment – How well does it showcase innovation within its chosen track (browser, voice, cloud, MCP/tool use, image/video)?

A range of prizes are available for projects using partner technologies and meeting different criteria. The exact breakdown of the prizes will be shared with accepted participants on the morning of the hackathon.
