Charlie Lidbury Team Lead RSVP Approved

Software Engineer at Symbolica
Original passion was programming language design & theory (trying to combine dependent types with Rust-style mutability https://charlielidbury.com/ochre). Joined the AI startup circus with https://www.symbolica.ai/ where I am making an Agent framework for well-typed code-first agents (going to use a pre-release version of the library for this competition). I also write a bit on my substack! Favourite article: "Free will is relative" https://charlielidbury.substack.com/p/free-will-is-relative.
Interested in getting to know everyone's workflows and meeting people who have productionised AI agents, because I want to get good at that myself. Very interested in the intersection between agents and strong but correct guardrails. We need to improve the scaffolding we use!
Two projects: 1. An unreleased AI agent framework (will try get invite links to bring to the hackathon) 2. Ochre - a dependently typed systems language with Rust-style ownership & mutability

Vic Klein RSVP Approved

ML Scientist at Symbolica AI
I work at Symbolica AI as an ML Scientist (more of an engineer).
I am very interested in advanced context engineering and optimising agentic workflows, with a focus on more autonomous workflows. I am also very interested in optimising agentic systems that have access to execution environments / runtimes. Looking forward to meeting people!
An unreleased AI agent framework (will try get invite links to bring to the hackathon) .
